The pool is really nice in the summer.
A very quiet place to live. Deb and George in the office are very nice. And I can usually get a rare maintenance problem fixed within the day.
First off I wouldn't give you a star but had to because it was the only way to leave a comment don't rent here Carol the apartment manager is very unprofessional she quoted a comment about me based on my tattoos saying I must have been a bad mother because I have tattoos what does she know smh you keep doing wrong things to people like I've heard time and time again your going to get sued I would not recommend this property to anyone unless your desperate but even then its not a safe place to live and the manager is a complete fake and lier !!!!!
I received a phone call threatening to take me to court over a negative review that I posted about my stay here. Even though my review echoed all of the others, they demanded that I remove it and write something good. So here it is:
I didnt have any problems like everyone else is saying. Carol was extremely helpful very nice and answered any questions i had. Im happy i went with this apartments.
told by carole deposit was 299 then after placing 500 dollars down to hold the apartment she then told me at lease signing what i still owed and the amount was 200 more then orginal price. when i asked why the difference she said because of my credit. but i was told 299 after she did my credit check. ive already gotten utilities in ny name, furniture being delivered and ready to sign the lease so thats the position i was put in not liking it at all.
