Terrible management and customer service, except the office manager, who is as helpful as she can be. Don't rent from these people.
This place is terrible...The support beams on the pattio have chunks out of them and it looks like some animal got to them.The ceilings of the apartment have holes in them and the floors are weak and the whole apartment shakes when I walk through it.This was my friends apartments and it is supposedly a "luxury" apartment. I would hate to see the regular ones.
They suck at fixing anything that is wrong i have lived here for a year the wall paper has bubbles in it that is very noticable the floor looks like it was cut by a drunk. maintence has yat still to fix my smoke dector, or my air conditioner. and they refuse to pay you back for anything if you fix it yourself!! We had to take our car in to be fixed more than once because they refused to clear the drive way from snow so there are holes all through the parking lot..I would not recomend this place to anyone unless they get better staff.
this place is terrible, when i first moved in, everything would shake even with the littlest footstep, then my mom fell through the kitchen floor, and to find out every support beam was broken, and they didn't reimburse us for the inconvenience, never get an apartment at this place, these apartment are not even up to code, and there's chipmunks living under the apartment and under the patio
