Make sure you don’t have anything important planned after you leave here because every single time I come here I spend about 45 minutes waiting to get seen even if I’m the only person in the waiting room. Everyone is usually friendly, but they always seem to be in a rush even when there aren’t any patients to assist. The nurse is friendly and she does a good job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it.
We signed in online .. it gave us a time to come in. We waited about 10 minutes (we arrived 15 mins early) got in. And got out fast!! The nurse was amazing. The nurse practitioner was amazing. Over all we were in and out in about 25 minutes. That was with a strep test and everything!! We will continue to use this little clinic. Super great. They even called a few days later to check on my daughter. Very pleased!!
I had a terrible experience at this clinic two weeks ago. The nurse was more focused on filling out reports than treating my injury. She left me sitting there for 15 minutes while she filled out a report. She hardly looked at my wounds. She did not clean the wounds. Just gave me some meds and filed her report. Don't waste your time and money. I found out three months later that I tested positive for a bacterial infection.
Terrible experience, I came here because its closer to where I live. I went in with dizziness, sore throat cough itchy ears. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before being seen, when I got seen nurse was not very concerned or listen very well to symptoms. Did a lame exercise with my head said something about my middle ear and said was just allergies. Prescribed allergy medicine I already had at home when I asked about my sore throat she gave me a snooty look and said take 4 buprofen should help with swelling. Its 2 days later and Im worse cant breathe, sore throat and green snot. Ill never come back here. I recommend urgent care or the vandalia little clinic.
I had very kind and professional service at the Little Clinic today. The tech and the N.P. were great, I was seen quickly, given a thorough exam, and had my prescription sent straight to the pharmacy. My doctor no longer takes my insurance, so I am thankful that I can still receive good care!
