I love this store for it's variety, cleanliness, and friendly customer service! My only complaint is the lack of cosmetic products for ethnicities other than European. I did speak with a manager and was given a number to the customer service in Cincinnati; as a director in marketing, I am well aware of how incorrectly the situation was handled. I do still exclusively shop here for grocery items, especially organics

This pharmacy is bad on so many fronts it is impossible to detail them all. In short, the drive through is inefficient, slow and poorly run. Sometimes 4 or 5 people in the kiosk line will be served before two are in the window line. I was told, "well, we can't see who came next". I bet I can figure at least two ways to fix that. Part of the problem lies in the unwillingness to ever have more than one person handle the window. Then we get to the misinformation that staff supply. And guess what it always turns out to be the misunderstanding of the customer. And on and on. I'll be so glad to get out from under Kroger pharmacy, assuming Express Scripts does better. Their track record in our home has demonstrated that an anonymous site hundreds of miles away does a much better job of providing service than this Kroger pharmacy. Shame because it could all be fixed given the will to do so.
Very nice employees to help you locate items you can not find. The store has a nice selection. Their brands taste wonderful.
