Not even a 1 star.. took my dog in for a wash and clip his nails.. he was looking in the store while we waited and barked at some people/animals.. lady said we can't take him cause I won't be able to work with him.. no growling, no hackles, no tear your face barking.. just what's that, I hear something...
Just went here for the first time, amazing quality, wonderful selection, I got the chance to spoil my hamsters here. Staff was super nice. I am very happy and satisfied with this visit, my favorite pet store! :)
Helpful but not? We were able to get what we needed but nobody could tell us the difference of what advertised cost and store cost were until we checked out. Clerk was able to give us some coupons at the register that helped too!!
Amazing staff! Becca and Evan were a great help to me. The store is clean and their prices are the best in the area.
