I have been coming here since i was about 8 y.o. And it is just as good now as then. Service is usually great. When i moved out of state and would come back home it was the first place I would come. Thanks Frischs f
Very Friendly waitress. Her name was Precious. And she gave is the best experience we have had in a long time. Way to go girl!
This is the worst restaurant in Ohio. Placed a carryout order at the counter. Had to tell the cashier four times what I wanted. During my wait I watched the cook gorge himself with some type of sandwich. The manager then appeared alongside the cook eating something. My order finally arrived. Not even close. The manager tried to give me what appeared to be a meal for at least 5 people. I politely told him no not mine. He then read off what was in the 3 bags. Again I told him not mine. Finally my order arrives however the 2 large shakes are not ready. 10 minutes plus go by and finally my shakes arrive. I purposely went in and placed my order. The drive thru is always scary. Oh well never again Frisch's.
We were seated almost immediately as we walked in. The hostess was polite, but she did not give my children menus. We had to ask our server. Our server did not even acknowledge us for about 10 minutes after we sat down. She got us a children's menu and our drinks in a timely manner. We ordered our food and waited around 20 minutes to receive it. We did not get everything we asked for. We had to tell her a list of things we were missing. We were almost done with our food by the time she brought it to us. We then had to flag her down to ask for the check and get to go boxes for what we didn't finish. It was not very busy, so there was no reason for the slow and lack luster service.

I have to say this was the worst breakfast bar and drinks I've ever had. Hot chocolate was like brown water no flavor, coffee was very strong. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs, what was supposed to be hash browns, was little fried round spice cakes, they were terrible. Bacon was burnt. The only nice thing was the waitress, no we didn't complain. My husband didn't want me to. But I must tell you after owning two restaurants of my own many years ago, I would have never allowed this food to be served. Then after working with the public another 22 years, this was completely unexceptable...I will never be back.
