Went there on 11/31/2017. Not very crowded, very slow service...waited 40 minutes for our food. I think I paid $3.50 for a beer not bad. $7 for 5 scawny wings. I used to love this place. Now I get disappointed every time I go there which is less and less.

The management here is exceptional. I love that they confirm your to go orders with you before you walk out. I've never had a long wait and the food has always been hot.
Wanted to give our waiter a review. Her name is Julie at store #0365. She sat down at the table and talked us through on how to use our points. Showed us how to check in and update our profile. She explained everything to us and gave us great service. She was very polite, quick and personable.
Came in for our teams football fundraiser and what started out as a party of 3 quickly became a party of about 20 or so. We had kids running around and it was chaos, BUT..... our server handled it with patience and a smile. Thank you team Englewood for hosting our 6th grade team and families. We had a blast!!
We had a work party at it was awesome. Kathy took excellent care of us
